Indian Curry |
|
Our Indian curries are prepared with the finest herbs and spices to recreate the classic dishes of the Curry House. Indian curry tends to be richer with a more intense and robust flavour than the Thai. We marinate all our meat in yoghurt and Garam Masala to ensure that they are tender, moist and full of flavour. Garam Masala is a freshly roasted and prepared spice mix usually containing a mixture of Cinnamon, Ginger, Cumin, Cloves, Nutmeg, Pepper, Cardamom, Turmeric and Chilli. Your curry can be made with chicken, lamb or pork to your desired strength and flavour.
Your Indian curry is cooked from fresh by our chefs and served with Basmati rice. Your curry is served piping hot from heated chafing dishes. The perfect way to enjoy our nations favourite meals. We would recommend you do not choose a curry that is too hot and spicy unless you are sure that all your guests will be able to eat and enjoy it. |

Thai Curry |
|
Thai curries tend to all consist of coconut milk, as the base, allowing the sauce to always be creamy. The different pastes are made by adding in to these base mixtures, fresh herbs, spices and aromatics. The results are fantastic with a more subtle taste than the Indian curry but they can still pack a punch. Thai curries can also be made with chicken, lamb or pork.
